The Takucho project is made up of 5 pieces; circle body, flat base, chain for mouth and two eyes. I love how making slight alterations with the positioning gives Tachochu totally different expressions. As no two are identical it looks like each one has its own little personality.
I fastened my finished Takochu crochet toy to a brooch, on the back so it can be attached to anything.
I ended up making lots of these in different colours to give away as presents and for sale at markets. Such a cute kawaii amigurumi project. 🧶
